3. User Account

To send or receive money through TOWB, you must create a user account by providing personal information including your name, contact details, government-issued ID, and payment method. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.

4. Our Services

TOWB enables users to send money to supported countries. You can fund transfers using approved payment methods such as bank transfers, debit/credit cards, or digital wallets. The recipient can receive funds through options available in their region.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue certain features or services at any time without prior notice, including service availability by country or currency.

5. Fees & Exchange Rates

Fees and exchange rates are clearly shown before you confirm each transaction. We do not charge hidden fees. Once you agree to a transfer quote, the rate and fee are locked in. You must ensure sufficient funds are available in your payment account to avoid failed or delayed transactions.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a transfer before it is processed. Once a transfer has been completed or delivered to the recipient, it cannot be reversed. Refunds are subject to review and depend on the status of the transfer. In case of cancellation due to compliance checks or transaction failure, the amount (excluding service fees, if applicable) will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Identity Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws, we are required to verify your identity. This may include requesting additional documents and performing electronic checks. We may suspend or terminate your access if we are unable to verify your identity or detect any suspicious activity.

While we strive to ensure a reliable and secure service, TOWB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruption, delays, or failures beyond our control, such as those caused by banks, payment partners, or network outages.

In no case shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount of fees paid for the transaction in question.

TOWB services are available in selected countries and territories. We may restrict access to certain users or regions based on legal or risk assessments. We also reserve the right to refuse a transaction or limit usage without explanation, especially in cases of potential fraud or regulatory concerns.
